Over the years, we’ve had countless requests for a vegan version Mama da Costa’s bestselling classic XO Sauce. We exist to feed you ALL, so we’ve finally nailed a vegan version. We’ve labelled each jar by HAND, in this super special small batch! XO sauce is a condiment that originates from Hong Kong. We’ve used shiitake mushrooms and seaweed, to bring that savoury hit, without the meat. A verified umami bomb that you can put on absolutely everything. Stir into noodles, marinade your tofu in it, or mix it with whipped tofu to make a dip. You guys are our litmus test. If you like the sauce, let us know.
