What is XO? It is a condiment that originates from Hong Kong. Ours uses Ana’s Mama da Costa’s OG recipe. It contains the most luxurious ingredients a sauce can have: scallops and shrimps. We dehydrate our own, using the BEST the UK seas give us. Trust us when we say, it’s an umami bomb. Put it on absolutely everything. Please keep your sauces refrigerated once opened and always use a clean dry spoon. If you follow these instructions, you sauces should last over 6 weeks, but we’re 100% sure you will love them so much, you’ll finish within days.
