PAPA YEOH’S SAMBAL - VEGAN EDITION

LIMITED RESTOCK It’s a DELLI debut: a one-off drop for the DELLI community’s tastebuds only. Folks have been asking for years, and here it is: a VEGAN version of Papa Yeoh’s classic sambal! Sambal is an all-purpose Malaysian spicy condiment. Each family has their own traditional recipe, and this is a vegan take on ours. We’ve made a super small batch, using miso paste to bring meaty depth and that umami hit that sambal is known and loved for. Use it on literally anything: stir it into noodles, marinade your tofu in it, mix it with whipped tofu to make a dip. It’s an all-purpose condiment and it goes with everything! If you like it, let us know, and we’ll get busy making more. Keep your sauce refrigerated once opened and always use a clean dry spoon. If you follow these instructions, you sauce should last over 6 weeks, but we’re 100% sure you will love it so much, you’ll finish within days.
