Mini lemon raw vegan cashew cheesecakes with elderflower macerated strawberries

2 x minis (6.5” each) per box. With a base of Medjoul dates from Palestine and blend of nuts, a thick layer of lemon cashew filling and a top layer of elderflower cashew filling, they are decorated with seasonal British strawberries macerated in homemade elderflower infused maple syrup and locally foraged fresh elderflowers. Perfect desserts for the summer weather πŸ“πŸŒž All bakes are seasonal and 100% vegan. These cheesecakes are free from refined sugars and also happen to be GF (oats are certified celiac however made in kitchen where there might be traces of gluten and cross contamination). All packaging is sustainable.
