Tomlinson’s Forced Rhubarb Kombucha

Seasonal Special in collaboration with Natoora and forced rhubarb grower, Robert Tomlinson. Four generations of the Tomlinson family have forced rhubarb in Pudsey, West Yorkshire - a region so exceptional for growth that it has been dubbed the Rhubarb Triangle. From saving crowns year-on-year to harvesting by candlelight, Robert preserves traditional cultivation methods to produce tender, sweet stems. It’s been a wonderful process creating this kombucha, from Josh & Lisa visiting Tomlinson’s farm, to (several!) days of juicing and lots of recipe tweaking – we really hope you’ll enjoy it! 20p from every bottle sold will be donated to Natoora's Farm Fund, which supports young farmers who are committed to agroecological methods. Their goal is to raise up the next generation of growers to address climate change.
