It's a tradition that brings us together and ties back to regional roots. With our Berber origins, the Lamiri family recipe is no different. We use only the best baklouti chillies, dried in traditional log ovens, to bring a rich, smokey depth. Extremely versatile and perfect to marinade meat/veg or seriously level up your pasta sauces. We’ve even seen it used in a miso-harissa shortbread! TOP TIP: -Mix 1 Tsp in a cup with olive oil to make an instant garlicky and smokey chilli oil to drizzle on pizza, pasta, hummus, make dips, etc, etc. This is 100% legit harissa, good enough for grandmas cous-cous 🌶🇹🇳
