The Pandan Kaya that started it all at Hungry Tapir! Kaya is a smooth and creamy coconut jam or curd beloved in South-East Asia. Our Kaya was created out of necessity by a group of four Asians living in London and desperately missing a taste of home. Our Kaya is made from coconut milk steeped with the fragrance, flavour and natural green colour of pandan leaves, gula melaka, rock sugar, and egg yolks. Use by spreading generously onto a piece of toast with a cold slice of butter, mixing it into yogurt with fruits, or layering into cakes and various bakes! This product is dairy-free, gluten-free and does not use any preservatives or artificial colouring. We will ship the Kaya in one-go to everyone on Monday 31st July. You can expect to receive our Kaya 2-3 working days from then! ✨
